Harvest Festival

We held our Harvest Festival celebrations on Thursday 12th October.

Contributions were received from children and staff, including vegetables grown by the children at the school allotment.

The food contributions were distributed to members of the local community which were nominated by the children.

We also held a pumpkin competition using pumkins grown in the school allotment. 

The competition was two-fold.  Firstly each class chose a winner from the drawing competition, those winners then decorated a pumkin in the style of their winning picture.  All the money raised from the competition will be put towards buying seeds and plants for next year.
